FAQs
How are lessons scheduled?
Once you've chosen your tutoring package, you and your tutor will agree on a regular weekly time slot. This time slot will remain the same each week to keep things consistent. If you need to make changes to the regular time slot, you can request these changes with at least 48 hours' notice.
What happens if I need to reschedule a session?
If you need to reschedule a session, just let your tutor know at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to find a mutually convenient time for a new session or provide you with a make-up credit.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You’ll still have access to any remaining lessons for that month. To cancel, simply log into your account and follow the cancellation steps, or reach out to your tutor for assistance.
What if the tutor is unavailable or sick for a tutoring session?
In the unlikely event that the tutor cannot attend a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified in advance, and the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
What technology do I need for the online sessions?
You will need a reliable internet connection, a computer or tablet, and a quiet environment for the lessons. Sessions are conducted via a secure, easy-to-use online platform.
How does the billing work?
Payments are made monthly in advance and the first payment is made at the time of signup. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged monthly from the date you sign up.
