FAQs
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel a lesson?
If you need to reschedule a session, just let your tutor know with at least 24 hours. We will work with you to find a mutually convenient time for a new session or provide you with a lesson credit to use at a future date.
How can I cancel my tutoring plan?
When you’d like to pause or stop tutoring, all we ask is a week's notice before your next payment is due. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you’ll still have access to any remaining lessons for that period. To cancel, simply reach out to your tutor for assistance.
How do you hold my card details?
Card details are entered securely through our website and processed via Stripe, a trusted and secure payment system. Your information is encrypted, safely stored, and never visible to us..
Why don’t you offer one-off lessons?
We don’t offer one-off lessons because they can create unrealistic expectations. Effective tutoring requires consistency and a structured approach - something that can’t be achieved in just a session or two. For this reason, we’re also unable to accept students seeking short-term tutoring (e.g. just a few sessions).
How does the 4-weekly billing cycle work?
You’ll enter your card details on our website. Your first payment, covering the initial 4 weeks, will be taken upfront. After that, payments will be automatically charged to the same card every 4 weeks from your signup date.
What technology do you need for online tutoring sessions?
You will need a reliable internet connection, a computer or tablet, and a quiet environment for the lessons. Sessions are conducted via a secure, easy-to-use online platform.
